In 1991, Sioux City native Al Sturgeon founded the Al Sturgeon Law Firm and has been representing injured workers in Iowa ever since. The firm only represents injured workers, never the insurance company.
No matter how complicated your case, you will never be charged just for talking to us. We have never charged for a consultation – and never will. Instead, if we take your case, our fee is based on a 25% contingency on whatever benefits we help you get. If you don’t get paid, neither do we. In over three decades of practice, that has never changed!
